1. Customer Service
The key to any successful business is customer service. In this business, that means good quality seeds, fast and effective delivery, and good telephone support.
We've spent the last three months testing these very things on our competitors' websites. So, what did we find?
First and foremost sites declaring to be the cheapest on the web are the worst. 1 in 3 orders don't arrive, and customer support is non-existent. The email addresses are often old and bounce, and sometimes after giving the card details, you never hear a word back from them... Yes, we got robbed!
The larger companies were better. It was possible to get a response by email, but when goods came damaged, there was no guarantee! They also tend to take about a week or two to deliver.
Here at the London Seed Centre, our customers are our foremost concern. We have manned phones from Mon-Sat, 10am to 6pm (tel: 0208 8362 8283) where any queries about products, payments, delivery and safety can be answered. We have a shop, so you can come see for yourself that there is no messing around!
2. Discreet Next Day Delivery
In the UK and N. Ireland, we guarantee next day delivery of seeds on all orders made before 2pm GMT, as long as the items are in stock. Occasionally we will run out in the shop, but we restock twice a week, and so delivery is still faster than any of our competitors. If any range is temporarily unavailable, we immediately say so on our website, and keep you updated.
We package our seeds in bubble wrapped slim envelopes, and your card is debited to our registered trading name Newton Cell Ltd (since the London Seed Centre is a bit of a give away). We have never once had complaints about our delivery methods (except for the occasional Royal Mail strike that is).Our delivery methods have been tested and proven over 15 years of quality mail order service!
Finally, after your order is processed we send you out a unique tracking number. Just punch it in to the Royal Mail's Tracking System, and you'll see exactly where your seeds are.
3. Competitive Pricing
Whilst we can't promise to be the cheapest (as there are so many sites out there), we can truly say that our prices are competitive. We constantly browse all competitors' websites to match their prices, and look to the source for the best discounts available, so that you as a customer can benefit from very low prices. If you think that you can find better, let us know! We'll try and beat it for you!

In redeveloping our website, we have upgraded to the best security services available. Whilst most websites have a shared SSL encryption (they pay a company to capture your card details), we have our own dedicated line. "What does all this SSL jargon mean?"
In the top right corner of our site, you will see an image with a padlock on it labeled THAWTE. Clicking this seal shows in real time that our site conforms to the highest standards of secure socket layer encryptions. Click it and see for yourself. This seal means that all the information you give is encrypted on our website, and sent directly to us without going through any third party. 5. Huge Stock in Shop
Since we have a shop, we carry large quantities of stock. We have over 500 different strains from the world's leading seed banks. All our seeds are fresh and come straight from the original breeders. If you couldn't find what you were looking for, please contact us and suggest we get in your favourite strains.
